Movement Studio is a home-based studio located in Rolleston, South Canterbury that specialises in Remedial Massage Therapy and Reformer Pilates. We are great believers in 'Movement is Medicine'. Our goal is to help as many people as we can to enjoy movement everyday regardless of their age or ability and do this in a positive, safe and supportive environment.
