REFORMER PILATES

Small Group Classes

At Movement Studio we believe Reformer Pilates is the best form of movement that everyone can enjoy no matter what ability or age. The reformer machine offers a low impact dynamic form of resistance training that will hugely compliment any other exercise you are doing.

 

Our main offering is a 45 minute small group pilates class that will have total of 5 people per class. Please see below for class descriptions. 

Intro to Reformer Pilates: Come along to this 5 week block to learn the movements that are utilised within reformer pilates, understand how we do our workouts and to get use to how the machine works. This class can be done at your own pace and is within a supportive environment.  

Reformer Pilates - Regulars: You are a regular here at Movement Studio and been to 5 or more classes and you're loving it. You feel comfortable and understand how we do our classes, now it's time to take it to the next level and progress the movements you have learnt. We will add props and change the resistance and these classes will be a bit faster paced as we all know the lingo. As always this class can be done at your own pace and is within a supportive environment. 

 

 

 

Private Sessions

 

Private 1:1 and 2:1 sessions are available on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11.15am or 1.15pm. These are great if you are looking for a session for just yourself or for you and a friend to come along together. The session runs for 45 minutes and will be created specifically for your needs and any goals you may have.
