Fiona, originally from Scotland moved to New Zealand with her husband Rory in 2017.
Since moving to New Zealand Fiona has worked mainly within a clinical setting alongside physiotherapists. This has been a great environment to work in and has given Fiona experience in dealing with injuries, chronic pain and the rehabilitation process.
She has also worked at many sporting events and helped sports teams such as Abertay University Sports Union, Harris FP Rugby Club, Northland Rugby and Women's Capital Football with their pre/post event preparations.
Fiona's passion is to help people live a life they enjoy and be able to do activities they love!
When Fiona's not massaging you'll probably see her out walking with her dog Bonnie or during the winter months she will be up the mountain skiing.

Lucy was born and raised here in Selwyn and has not long returned from living in Wellington for 12 years. A grumpy cat and 2 children later, Lucy and her husband decided to move back South to where they call home so they could be closer to their families.
After sustaining a back injury, Lucy started coming to reformer pilates here at Movement Studio and saw huge improvement! From there decided to take things further by doing her reformer pilates teacher training in the hope to be able to give back what she has been able to gain herself. Lucy is passionate about encouraging people to exercise for something they enjoy rather than something they force themselves to do.
Lucy's classes are a relaxed pace but they still get that slow and controlled burn!
When she isn’t running round after the kids or teaching pilates she enjoys going for walks, baking, relaxing doing puzzles, gardening and of course coming to classes herself!
Kim was born and raised in Wellington, but has always felt more at home in the South.
She settled in Christchurch 4 years ago with her partner and they've since bought a house, and of course, a new puppy followed not long after 🐶
Kim, self proclaimed to not being very good at sticking to any certain exercise for too long, was keen to try something new, so started coming to classes at Movement Studio.
This is the one form of exercise that kept Kim interested and coming back for more (Who said habits couldn't be broken!) and now here she is after completing her reformer pilates teacher training, ready to start taking classes at Movement Studio!
In her spare time, Kim likes to cook & bake, and spends a lot of time playing fetch with her very busy (*needy) dog.
Bonnie is a Bearded Collie and everyones best friend and part time receptionist.
She knows she's beautiful like her name suggests and takes advantage of that (she's a bit of a princess). She enjoys lots of pats and can't say no to treats.
When she's not out walking with Fiona she is normally fast asleep, so much for being a working dog!
*Bonnie does come into the studio and lies on her bed behind the reception desk.
