We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 12 hour notice of any cancellation or reschedule, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please understand that when you cancel last minute or miss your appointment/class without providing enough notice, we are often unable to fill the space. This is an inconvenience to our therapist/instructors and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need.
