We respectfully ask that you provide us with a 12 hour notice of any cancellation or reschedule, otherwise you will be charged 100% of the service fee. Please understand that when you cancel last minute or miss your appointment/class without providing enough notice, we are often unable to fill the space. This is an inconvenience to our therapist/instructors and also means our other clients miss the chance to receive services they need. We will do our best to give advance notice if we are closing or need to cancel and we ask you to do the same.
